What are EverWonder’s Cancelation policies?
CANCELATION POLICY FOR SCHOOL YEAR CAMPS:
Effective as of August 16, 2016:
After talking with parents, we have decided to make our policies a bit more flexible. We understand that life happens and sometimes your best-laid plans have a way of falling through.
[These policies hold true for non-EW Insider Rewards pass holders. If you are an EW Insider Rewards pass holder, you may cancel your camp (even right up to the day of camp) without penalty.]
If you cancel your purchase more than 24 hours before the start date of the first day of camp you can either:
- Receive a full credit on your EverWonder account less a $10.00 cancelation fee. This credit never expires. A full credit will also be awarded for before and after care.
- You may sell or give your spot away to another camper. Whether you sell or give your spot away, you must do the following. Email us your camper’s name and the name of the camper that will use your child’s day(s) of camp. The parents whose child will attend must also email us. We will then instruct them on the steps they must take in order to register for camp.
If you cancel your purchase less than 24 hours before the start date of the first day of camp you will receive half credit on your EW account less a $10.00 cancelation fee. You may not transfer or sell your camp to another camper at this point. This credit never expires and can be used towards school-year or summer camps. You will also receive a half credit for before and after care.
If your child is sick, please notify us by 8:00 am on the start date of the first day of camp. We will grant a full credit with a doctor’s note when a child misses camp due to illness. This credit never expires and can be used towards school-year or summer camps.
CANCELATION POLICY FOR SUMMER CAMPS:
Fees, Deposits and Refunds for our Big Kid Camps:
A $15 per day non-refundable deposit is required for non Insider Rewards Pass Holders. The balance will be due on May 1st.
Cancel camp on or before June 1st and receive a full refund (not a credit) minus the $15 per day non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be awarded after June 1st.
Fees, Deposits and Refunds for our Tot Camps:
A non-refundable deposit of $75 per week is due at registration.The balance is due on May 1.
Cancel on or before June 1 for a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
No refunds after June 1.
Is there a late pick up fee?
Please make every effort to pick up your child on-time. EverWonder allows a 10-minute grace period. If your child is not picked up by 4:10 or 6:10 we will add a $25 late fee to your EverWonder account. For each additional 15 minutes that parents or authorized pick-ups are late, an additional $25 will be added to your account.
Select What if there is inclement weather?
Should camp be closed due to weather related issues along with situations that are out of EverWonder’s control an email will be sent to registered campers and it will be posted on our website. In addition, EverWonder will grant a 100% credit, less a $10.00 processing fee, to your account. *There are no refunds. The credit may be used at future camps that your child(ren) is/are not yet registered for and never expires.
Will lunch be provided?
We are excited to announce that we have teamed up with Pie-Tanza to offer delicious healthy, hot lunches at our school-year and summer camps!
There are six lunch choices available each day for our school-year camps. They include: penne with butter, penne with marinara, chicken tenders, mac and cheese, all-beef hot dogs and cheeseburgers. All hot lunch choices are served with a bottle of water, apple slices and brownie bites.
Parents will have the option to order lunch (for $6.25) during the registration process. Campers can always bring NUT-FREE lunches from home if they choose.

What is the recommended dress and outdoor awareness for a day at EverWonder?
Please dress for mess. We also ask that children wear closed toed shoes as we will be playing outside each day. A hat is always a good idea, as well. Please also send your child in with an extra change of clothes each day. Please apply sunscreen to your child(ren) before coming to camp. Sunscreen is considered medication and we do not apply sunscreen during camp.
What should I do if my child requires medication during the day?
If your child requires medication, please provide a signed note with detailed instructions for our camp director.

All allergy information should be provided by parent to our camp directors. All allergy information that is provided by parent during the registration process is given to our camp directors and staff. This is kept confidential within our staff and is done to ensure the safety of our campers.
EverWonder what to bring to camp?
- A morning snack and if your child is attending extended day please pack a second snack. Please make sure snacks are NUT FREE.
- A NUT-FREE lunch if you are not ordering lunch from Pie-Tanza
- A FILLED water bottle.
- Weather appropriate apparel and shoes.
- Please DO NOT send your child to camp with electronics of any kind. We are an electronic-free camp.
