EverWonder How to Save Money on Camps?

Howdy parents!

QuentinWe wanted to shout it out from the rooftops (and the tallest playground structures!!) that there are now FOUR great ways to  SAVE MONEY on camp registration!

1) Purchase EverWonder Insider Rewards

Virtual Punchcard Passes are available in 5, 10, or 15-day options.

  • 5-day passes are $325 (this is a $5 discount on each day of camp)
  • 10-day passes are $600 (this is a $10 discount on each day of camp)
  • 15-day passes are $825 (this is a $15 discount on each day of camp)

Benefits of Insider Rewards:

  • Virtual Punchcard Passes never expire.
  • Cancel a camp (even up to the day of the camp) without penalty.

(These passes cannot be used for summer tot camps or our camps at Flint Hill, Potomac, St. Patrick’s, Langley or Congo.  Each child in each family must have his/her own pass.)

2) Refer-A-Friend

For every new to EverWonder camper you refer to us (the campers parents will have the opportunity to list you as their referral during the registration process) you will receive $15 of EW credit applied to your account.  You can then use this credit towards camp. This credit never expires.

3)  Educator Discount
Are you or your better half a teacher?  If so, we want to thank you for all that you do for the children in our community.  Email us at everwonder@everwondercamps.com from your work email and we’ll give you a code that will save you $15 on core hours.  Teacher discounts cannot be combined with Insider Rewards.
4)  Early Bird Registration Credit
We love early birds and want to reward you all!  Register for camp 10 or more days in advance and receive $5.00 in EW credit for each day of camp.  (For example, if you register for all 7 days of Winter Break camp 10 or more days in advance you’ll get $35 in EW credit!)
We will apply the credit to your EW account the day after the camp ends.  This credit CAN be combined with EW Insider Rewards, Refer-A-Friend Rewards and the Teacher Discount.
Questions?  Email us at everwonder@everwondercamps.com to learn more.
See you at camp!!

We held 10 weeks of tot camps and 2 weeks of “big kid” camps here in Arlington.  We were also vendors at Congressional, Flint Hill, The Langley School, The Potomac School and Saint Patrick’s Episcopal Day School.  It was so fun to have so many of our Arlington friends in our camps at these schools.

Two thumbs up for EverWonder’s new Refer-A-Friend Rewards!

At EverWonder, we know that our most valuable marketing comes from referrals from our veteran campers  who have regularly enjoyed and attended our camps. We so appreciate the way that many of you consistently encourage others to attend our camps.

We wanted to thank you…and encourage you to keep the referrals coming!

For every new to EverWonder camper (if there are two or more children in a family you will get credit for each child that registers) that registers for camp (school-year or summer), you will receive a $15 credit on your EverWonder account to be used towards a future camp.

How do I get my Referral Rewards?

When your friend/s’ register/s their child/ren for camp they will be prompted to enter the name of the friend who referred them to EverWonder.  Only one name can be entered.  When we confirm the referral, we will award your account a $15 credit for each new child registered for camp.

(Whether your friend signs up for 1 day, 1 week or the whole summer you still get one $15 credit.  If you find 10 different friends to sign up for 1 day, 1 week or the whole summer you’ll receive $150 of credit).

What if I already have EverWonder Insider Rewards?

First, thank you so much for being an EverWonder Insider!  Second, we have great news.  You’ll get to save EVEN MORE!  Once your current rewards run out, you will be able to apply your Referral Rewards towards the purchase of additional EverWonder Insider Rewards!  OR, you can use your rewards towards early or extended day.

What if my account has a balance as I’ve elected to pay for summer camps on May 1 when the balance is due?

No problem!  If your account has a balance, your referral amount will automatically be deducted from the balance!

The dreaded two hour delay…

Hip hip hooray for two hour delays, right?   Not if you’re the parent of a preschooler because two-hour delays usually mean no school.   It’s all fun at games at first but after your third pajama day in a row, things get old really fast . Most local tots have only gone to school for one day since Tuesday,  January 6.  That’s a LOT of time off which makes for stir-crazy kids and caregivers. [Read more…]

Thousands of smiles…

To celebrate the end of another fantastic year at EverWonder Camps we decided to capture our accomplishments in numbers. Our awesomely talented graphic designer Jennifer King of Jennifer King Creative came up with this infographic that illustrates just how much we’ve grown.  Looking at our enrollment numbers from 2010 (the year we opened our doors) we have more than doubled the number of campers.   [Read more…]
