Day Camps for Kids in Northern Virginia

Sensing STEAM (August 13-17) Registration begins on 2/13

Calling our youngest engineers, scientists, artists and mathematicians! Join us for a week of camp where we’ll be seeing, feeling, smelling, touching, tasting and hearing all things S.T.E.A.M. We’ve designed this hands-on camp which bridges all the senses especially for our preschool campers. Gelatin, shaving cream, pool noodles, straws, bubble solution, play-doh, rock salt, water and much more will all be a part of this awesome camp!

We’ll have a DJ dance party this week!

Camp Hours:  9:30-1:30  ($220.00 per week)  Drop in for $50 per day. (Email us to request drop in.)

**If a sibling is attending our full-day camp, you may drop off at 9:00**

Optional Stay and Play:  1:30-2:15  $50 per week or $12 per day drop-in

Snack and all materials included.

Order lunch from Pie-Tanza or bring a nut-free lunch from home.

Ways to Save:

Register Early: Register before 2/27 and save $15 per week of camp.

Multi-Week Registration:  Register for 6 or more weeks of tot camp for a $50.00 savings per week after your 6th week of registration per child in your family.  (Weeks do not have to be consecutive.)

Refer-A-Friend: For every new to EverWonder camper you refer to us (the campers parents will have the opportunity to list you as their referral during the registration process) you will receive $15 of EW credit applied to your account.

Fees, Deposits and Refunds:

A non-refundable deposit of $75 per week is due at registration.  This deposit will be applied to the balance due.

Payment must be made in full by May 1, 2018 or the child’s place in camp will be forfeited.

Cancel in writing on or before May 1 for a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

No refunds or credits after May 1, 2018.  However, you may sell or give your spot away to another camper. Whether you sell or give your spot away, you must do the following. Email us your camper’s name and the name of the camper that will use your child’s day(s)/week(s) of camp. The parents whose child will attend must also email us. We will then instruct them on the steps they must take in order to register for camp.

Slime Factory (October 9)

Got slime?

If you like making slime, then this is the camp for you.  Slime choices (you can make as many as you want) will include brains slime, mermaid slime, monster slime, crunchy slime, barf slime, starry slime and more…

Core hours (9:00-4:00)  $70

Early care (8:00-9:00) $10

After care (4:00-6:00) $20

Camp fees include all materials and supplies.  Please pack a snack and a nut-free lunch OR,  you will also have the option to order hot lunch from PieTanza during the registration process.

All lunches are $6.25 and include a main entree (lots of choices), Baked Lays, brownie bites, a piece of fruit and a bottle of water.

CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR CAMPS:

[These policies hold true for non-EW Insider Rewards pass holders.  If you are an EW Insider Rewards pass holder, you may cancel your camp (even right up to the day of camp) without penalty.] 

If you cancel your purchase more than 24 hours before the start date of the first day of camp you can either:

  1. Receive a full credit on your EverWonder account less a $10.00 cancelation fee. This credit never expires. A full credit will also be awarded for before and after care.
  2. You may sell or give your spot away to another camper.  Whether you sell or give your spot away, you must do the following.  Email us your camper’s name and the name of the camper that will use your child’s day(s) of camp.  The parents whose child will attend must also email us.  We will then instruct them on the steps they must take in order to register for camp.

If you cancel your purchase less than 24 hours before the start date of the first day of camp you will receive half credit on your EW account less a $10.00 cancelation fee.    You may not transfer or sell your camp to another camper at this point.  This credit never expires and can be used towards school-year or summer camps. You will also receive a half credit for before and after care.

If your child is sick, please notify us by 8:00 am on the start date of the first day of camp. We will grant a full credit with a doctor’s note when a child misses camp due to illness. This credit never expires and can be used towards school-year or summer camps.

Ice, Ice (Baby!) :)

Did you know that we are still living in an Ice Age that began over 3 million years ago?  (We just happen to be in a warm period!)

Join us at our “coldest” day of camp yet where everything is FROZEN (brrr!)  We’ll paint with ice, we’ll make glacier gak, we’ll play wintry-themed minute to win it games and we’ll even make our own ice cream sundaes!

Eric Energy will be back with an ALL NEW assembly featuring what else, but…. DRY ICE!  How cool is that?

Core hours (9:00-4:00)  $70 per day
